Hi! Guys.
I was planning to install Eclipse Voice Navigation System. I thought that it would be cool if my car tells me where I am going. There is also voice control to scroll down your window. Just say "Windows down", and it will do.
The cool thing is it talks to you.
What do you guys think about this Voice Navigation by Eclipse. The estimate was $1400.00. Has anyone installed this one yet? Or, Am I the first one?

 

I looked into the same thing but decided to go w/ the Alpine or Pioneer NAV. I am going to have the monitor custom installed---I would ask your sales rep for a demonstration on it, I heard its not all that great. I backed out out of it. Eclipse though is very high end car audio so go w/ what you want and need- I was used to the Alpine NAV w/ a video map.

No, Alpine does. My first Del Sol si V-tech I had I added the Alpine 6 disc chnger to the stock tape deck and I had found out that Alpine has a long term contract w/ Honda. they integrate very easily.

 

I know the older units were Alpines. I think Eclipse makes their decks now. Anyone else know???
