what car alarm is good to get ? is there an alarm that sounds different from the original sound alarm?

This is funny. When someone post a question about an alarm. nobody contributes but the 5 millionth thread about a DCI gets plenty of attention. I cannot think of a more important topic than security for our cars.

Whatever alarm you choose, be sure to get a proximity sensor with it.

 

does viper make proximity sensor? i search but couldn't find out. is there a brand that anyone here recommend?

 

yea , the proximity sensor is made by DEI and it's universal through all their units... in other words its no pacticular to a unit , but works with all of them.

 

i prefer Viper as well the new sst unit is pretty decent
