Between the 2 sets of comps you listed, I'd pick the polk.
And you can get them closer to $100 shipped on Ebay than the $130 on that link.

What about my 1.2 Farad Capacitor? Should I even bother with that?

Theres a big thread on the PPI 356cs comps speakers.
I love them for the price.
$120 shipped on Ebay.(theres a 10% cash back from bing.com too).
Should be an easy install since you have the tweeter mounts already.

So I ended up getting the Polks. I installed them this weekend a long with my cap. I know I didn't really need the cap but I had it laying around from the Prelude so I figured what the hell. Just the component system sounds amazing. I don't think I need rear speakers at all. Maybe a tiny sub but that's it.

10" sub with an amp would make it sound MUCH better. Components sound nice but the sub makes a world of a difference.
