That is the sub I have in my S, great sub. The price seems a little high, but if you have the $400 go for it.

How is it thumping??? Any rattles?? And what box did you go with(custom made, stealth jl or etc..).

its a great sub, i have mine running of jl 500/1 amp, thumps real nice but s2k has alot of rattles with the top up, when i put the top down most of the rattle go away. i love JL audio for their quality and sound,
