i also have never heard of CDT, but i at least looked at the spec's on them. They look to be nice speakers, but if either of the sites you have are were your planning on buying either set, i dont know if they (CDT)are worth almost $100 more than the Infinity's, but id have to actually hear them to make a 100% decision as well, as they could be worth the extra $. if youve listened to both, it pretty much comes down to which one sounds better on what type's of music you listen to. if you like rock, metal etc. id almost gurantee the Infinity's would be the way to go, but for rap etc. they are not the best IMO. just my 2cents.

I've heard both, and for my money, I like the smoothness of the CDT's. They're a real bargain too.

JL components would be my first choice if i listened to more rap.

NFR, i picked up the infinity 607 cs's for 110 new from a board member. I have the CDTs now, but the woofers seem to push more air than make sound. The tweeters are also very 'bright.' I wanted to try the infinity's to see how they sound.

BTW, i dont listen to hiphop/rap at all. I'm an alternative/80's/metal kinda guy
