I'd love to see you use a Zapco competition amp in the setup - maybe as an option.

The point of this is to not have a box that requires a lot of space... hence the .2-.3 cubic foot box spec's. If I wanted to use a .5 box I'd just keep making the boxes I already sell. The point of this is to have the sub and the amp in the toolwell. But thanks for your input.

I could use Zapco. I'm a Zapco dealer.

Anyway we clearly have enough interest for me to move forward and order the gear and make a demo version so I'll be doing that in the upcoming weeks.

Thanks for the interest

John:
I would imagine that this setup would still take up the entire tool well wouldn't it? The advantage being that it would be easily removable since the amp is integrated with the enclosure? That would mean no space in the "standard airline carry on" compartment of the trunk right?

Yes your right about that, it will take up the entire toolwell.
The basic advantage is just the benefit of being able to remove the whole unit during a track day, being able to keep the spare(even though I find the thing just useless some people just do not want to get ride of it and I can understand why.)
If you needed the extra space for a short trip you have planned you can just pull it out and reinstall when you arrive back from your trip.
