I was wondering if the stock S2000 have a female auxiliary plug in the rear to plug in the male auxiliary cable so that I can use it to get my iphone to play through the stock radio

 

no it does not. That cable will not work.

 

I think you would need a cable that has a plug that goes into the CD changer port then splits to female RCA's. Then you can take the cable pictured and plug that into the female RCA's and plug in your MP3 player.
