Default Wires for CD Changer - where do you run them?

A small question for you guys.

I want to install a CD changer in the boot and want to know the best way and route for the wires to the head unit.

Is it easier to run down the centre console or under the carpet by the doors?

Any help would be appreciated.

Lee.

I removed my trunk (boot to you) interior trim, pushed the wires past the fuel fill pipe. I also removed the trim panel behing the left seat so I could reach through and grab the wires. I then fed them down and in between the carpet behind the seat. Then I pulled out all the plastic hold down buttons along that side of the console and tucked the wire up behind the carpet and replaced the buttons.

i did the same as xviper....i think that is easier than going along the door sills, becuase you don't have to fool with getting the wire across the footwell/seat to the center of the car. but, it probably wouldn't be that hard. i went by the installation instructions at http://www.handa-accessories.com/S2000/s2k...2kcdchanger.pdf and had no problems except for breaking the head off of one of the little buttons holding the carpet in place.

I took up the right side of the trunk, and the across the back. Then down the center console to the headunit.
