I want to add white signal lights to the rear but the bulb size is 1156A. The A stands for amber, and it's slightly different from the standard 1156 so that you don't accidently plug in a white light to the amber light.

Does anybody know where I can find 1156A LED's that are white instead of amber? Or can i just grind off one of the tabs to make it fit?

You should be able to find white LED's for the turn signals, but you'll need the resistor/relay to prevent the hyperblink. You also may want to check to see if a white turn signal is legal (vs amber) in your area/province. You could always just do an amber LED for the turn signal to get that LED effect.
