Antenna...most likely if you stay with XM on your after market replacement.
Tuner...doubt it...it interfaces with the stock head unit and after market will be different.
Try to get a unit with XM tuner built in. Your antenna may hook up...but it will come with a new one anyway. All you'll need to do is contact XM and transfer your service to the new ID number on your new head unit. I believe this is still no charge.

the oem xm antenna uses an old two lead style connection whereas the new head units / xm boxes use a one lead style connection and the 2/1 adaptors do not work (oem ones don't fit)
what i did was gut the oem antenna and installed one of those x/m micro antennas inside of the housing so it looked oem
