Default yellow highbeam "fog lights"

I wanted to convert my high beams to regular driving lights to achieve this look without blinding people:

is it simply putting in regular bulbs in or do
I have to modify the harness?

the only way your not going to blind people is lower the high beam. there is one problem though, you cant just lower the high beam without lowering your low beam, the reflector is connected directly to the projector, so your gonna be blinding everyone.

also, unless you wanna drive with the high beam clicked on all the time, you will have to modify the harness to have the high beam turn on with the low beams

High beams are regular driving lights... are you saying you want to have yellow bulbs?

With the exception of a resistor (limiting the power sent to the bulbs,) you will be blinding everyone.
