Far as I know you'll have to get a standalone. I own a 7th gen (03 v6 6spd) and AEM is really my only option and as far as I know Hondata still hasn't released anything for the J series due to lack of interest. There's some people doing some basic tuning with an FIC, but it's unreliable at best... their full stand alones can do it, though.

im really surprised there isn't a big aftermarket for the j series, i found a ct supercharger for the 3.2 that will work on the 3.5 with modification, im also surprised at how quick my car is (09 coupe 6spd)in factory form, but it also leaves something to be desired
i'm considering going twin turbo but im looking at alot of work and dyno time so i dont have a nuclear meltdown on my hands

How are the exhaust manifolds on the 8th gens? On the 7th gens, the exhaust manifolds are cast to the head so we have no options for headers.

There aren't many turbo j-series 7th gens for that reason. hope they give you guys options with the 8th gens.

6 speeds are fun, though... mine did a 13.89 @ 103.

yep they're cast into the heads also, rv6 makes exhaust goodies for them my idea is an sts remote mount twin setup, the only thing im really worried about is engine management

The ecus do a great job self tuning themselves, to a point, obviously
