Default 2005 S2k check engine light

Hi my name is Roman, Recently I bought used Honda S2000. It had major interior theft anyways (gauge cluster, seats, center console, dashboard gauge bezel, seat belts, tail lights all of those were missing, I’ve replaced them all and connected all dashboard wiring connectors.
.
When I first fired up the engine, Car started right up, and so did check engine, and VSA came up. When I looked in engine bay I found few rubber hoses missing; which ill post picture under this Posting. Check engine light comes on right up when engine temperatures appears on gauge cluster, Also it appears that engine temp is not going up or down its just shows little bit or temp (like 4 bars ), and does nothing at all, I’ve been driving car for few days and that temp gauge just stays on same level not miving up or down.
I went to advance auto parts to read check engine code and they told me that there are 2 codes which are the same. That code is P0607 Control Module Performance

How to fix this check engine light, also why did previous owner taped those pipes in engine bay and took off few rubber hoses
in picture below. Can having those rubber hoses missing cause check engine to appear?. Spot where there is circle thats where black tape is. Straight pointing lines thats where rubber hoses suppose to be...

Hoses look like throttle body coolant bypass mod. Should NOT throw a code- the ECT sensor is in the head.

I don't have a 2005+ Helms, so can't help there...
