Nice way to say screw you by saying off road use only when the product always did what it was supposed to do prior to something changing at some point in 2014.

How long have you guys been driving the car? It took me a few days of normal driving I think for the readiness monitors to set. This is WITH a cat and a nearly stock car. After reading hondata's responses in their forum, it sounds like you guys just gotta drive your car more. Now, for jojo this sucks because obviously that's a catch 22 since it's not registered, but I'd hardly place the blame on hondata for that. Sounds just like an unfortunate situation for you. When you buy a modded car you can come across some headaches. Sounds like you or the previous owner shouldn't have unplugged the battery before ur registration..
Best advice to jojo is put a cat on the car and drive it around for a while. Fill it up, and burn a whole tank of gas.
Edit: Oh ya, one other thing (which is why I said to revert to a more "stockish" rom), did you notice your fan comes on sooner than a stock car? That could cause a problem with the ECU thinking it's not upto temp. A smart thing to do would be to go through a stock rom and change everything back to stock that you possibly can regardless of whether you "think" it'll help or not. There are a lot of variables in the ECU/configuration. Expecting hondata to go through and pick out your problem is lazy. You need to at the least identify the differences and ask hondata if it could cause a problem. If you can't at least do that, then you probably shouldn't have bought the car..

lol the previous owner removed the battery terminal when he was installing the Oil Catch can so yeah can't really do much about that and he probably did not know this would happen but oh well shit happens I have already accepted that just doing the best I can do get it fixed.
Not sure what you are meaning about me being lazy? lol I have been working on the car daily after I get home from work each day until doomsday comes which is this saturday so its a hard pickle for me but hey I just look at it in a positive form and just keep working on it, I have contacted the tuner that tuned the car to help resolve the issue also.
Lets see what happens later today after I get into the 25% and 75% fuel tank measurement.
Lol I wasn't trying to word it like that, pretty much if you can manually run the test for the car to check it rather then having to keep driving and not knowing, technially they already saying f*ck the EPA with them having to remove the check engine light right? but hey I was just saying they don't have to do it and other members are all thinking that if you can click a button to force the ECU to manually run the test to check instead of waiting for the car to run the test and check that's all I was saying so hope you don't take it the wrong way or Hondata
There's a big difference between disabling a check engine light, and mucking with emissions code directly to pass emissions. The system monitoring (cat/evap) likely runs when it runs for a reason, I'm sure under strict EPA reqs. Forcing it manually to run whenever you feel like having it run is likely a very strict violation/bypassing of the reqs.

Good luck with your car, I didn't mean to come across as a dick.. Just try to be a little patient and go over the fine details of the rom and see what's different compared to stock.

I have about 900 miles logged, more than 20 cycles of cold to hot and ran the readiness procedures multiple times. It's not a matter of driving the car more. All sensors are enabled.

You completely took their quote out of context. They were responding to jojo, who was asking expecting hondata to be used to illegally bypass emissions laws. There may be a bug in their code or somewhere, who knows, but completely taking their response out of context and blaming them isn't the way to come to a solution fyi.

I get that and I'd be irritated as well, but looking at the responses from hondata they're clearly trying to see if there's a problem/responding to people. It seems like even they aren't 100% familiar w/ the code to get the emissions parameters set. The problem with comparing different cars and people setting readiness codes is people have different variables/cars/settings/equipment. Saying the problem has to be hondata because the readiness monitors aren't setting is being unfair as it could be many things.
FWIW, it does seem like a new "bug" was introduced recently that is preventing the readiness checks from completing. I have been passing annual inspections for years while having the secondary O2 disabled (and removed), since Texas will allow 1 incomplete readiness check. However, I recently updated my FlashPro to the latest version, with hopes that it would fix an issue with idle speed, and now see that I have 3 readiness checks that won't complete.
Of course, I have to point out that I'm running ITB's, which would definitely contribute to the EVAP readiness problem. However, even with ITB's, prior to updating FlashPro Manager the readiness checks would quickly drop down to 2 incomplete tests in just a couple short driving cycles.

I just passed my emissions test, with 1 reading not completed which was CAT.
My secondary O2 sensor has always been enabled, after I started the car since it was sitting in the heat with about 100 degrees shown at the crank, I started the car and only showed 1 readiness not completed, called the emissions place and they said it should pass so I drove over there and had him run the test and what do you know it passed.
Drive Cycles Taken: 4
Driven Miles: 174km / 108 miles
Fuel Tank Level: About 75% or close to 75%
No ECU changes were made, I am still running the tuned rom which was given to me by the Dyno, still have the J's test pipe on there as well.
