Accessport for s2000

what do they usually go for $ wise?

The accessport typically sells for around 700. Cobb has always had very fixed pricing so it won't matter what vendor you get it from it'll always cost the same. At least that's how it was a year or so ago when I still had my WRX. The accessport is a ecu reflash tool. Reflash is the best option too as far as driveability. With a good tuner you'd never know you weren't driving a car that was stock.

but they have to make 2 Accessport one for US (F22) and one for EU (F20) .

no they aren't, at least in the case of mugen/spoon it is a reprogrammed stock ECU

That's exactly what flashing the ecu does. It reprograms the ecu with new data. This is something that definitely should be possible. Cobb has their act together so I think this can definitely happen given enough interest.
