I have the AEM V1 controller in my ride and it has come time to smog the car, my question will they be able to do the smog test, or will the stock unit have to be installed?

anyone know?

Stock ecu will need to be put back in. Based on your pic you look supercharged, that's good assuming you still have your stock ecu, it will be simple to be ready for the test. Just need to swap the ecu back in and the stock injectors. Either remove the sc belt so you don't hit boost or just be light footed.
