AEM EMS Series 2 can't connect to laptop

Hi, we connected our Series 2 AEM EMS to the laptop but are getting this message:

Start to connect to ECU:
Initialize Comms (USB) ...
Looking for ECU ...
The ECU: AEM25 00X75 being connected is not supported by AEMTuner.
Please make sure you have the corresponding GIN/FIN files, restart AEMTuner, and try again.

Any ideas guys? Everything is double checked, all wired up correctly.

sounds like a problem with the laptop to me.. .uninstall and reinstall the latest version of aem tuner, make sure you have all the required .net mess installed first
