Default AEM with the MIL

Does the gauge cluster Maintenance Required Light still function on its own with the 1052 AEM EMS?

I was driving my car for the first time for a few months fully warmed up and crusing at 62mph with cruise control on. The maintenance required light started to flash at me after 20 miles. I took it out of gear and it stopped flashing. At that time, it was unsafe to pull over so I drove about another mile, pulled over, hooked up my laptop to look at things and nothing was out of the ordinary.

I figured it was for coolant temp or air temp but my coolant temp was 185 degrees F and my IAT looked normal.

I then pulled up the power output menu for the dash cluster and looked through some of the parameters and from there on I got a little confused with how they're labeled since I've never messed with that before.

I do remember that I have the primary o2 sensor unplugged temporarily. I thought that with the EMS, it wont adjust fuel with that? Or will it? I also temporarily don't have a wideband and knew I should have thrown in the stock ECU instead. Call me stupid.

Does anyone know of something on the basemap(I've tuned off of) that has it so the maintenance required light will flash as a warning as well?

In the AEMPro software go under "options" and "configure outputs". Scroll down to "LS10". That is the MIL light output. See what the conditions are set to turn on the MIL, that should answer your question as to why its turning on.
Okay, so the LS10 input is the MIL light. Thanks for the help!
