Help..AEM EMS pin out diagram
I manage to get a tunner for the AEM EMS and gainned 23hp!
Unfortunately, the FAN didn't come on. If possible anyone could provide me with the AEM pin out diagram for their S2K, or know where I could get hold of that piece of info. Greatly appreicated.
Cheers

You can DL the pinouts at aempower.com Are you sure the fans aren't coming on? The stock calibration for the coolant temp sensor are wrong in the EMS casuing it to read high than it is. Fans should kick on when the EMS reads temps in the 220s. But in all actuality the car is running at 190. Out of the box the EMS does not control the fans, the fan switch in the radiator does.
Thanks Scorpion for setting things staight. I left a large piece of puzzle behind.
- Temp gauge on the cluster is not showing any signal, I am ready on the AEM forum such that the signal from the EMS does not match the cluster.
- What alternative is everyone using to get the FAN functioning?

hot wire the fan...possibly with a switch...thats what i did on my integra better for hot days anyway (with an I/C alot of the airflow is blocked, even when on the highway, so i left the fan on all the time)
You have more than one issue it seems.
First you need Modifry's ECT driver to make the gauge in the dash work with an AEM EMS.
Second you need to change the sensor scaling numbers in the EMS to get it to read the correct temperature.
Third you need to figure out if the fan is switched ON/OFF by the stock temp switch in the radiator or if it has been rewired to work from an EMS discrete output.
Don't drive the car and allow it to overheat. $$$$ reapirs from overheating the engine.

The AEM will correctly drive the stock fan if it is setup correctly. There is absolutely no need for any external relays, switches, or anything else. IIRC, the new V1.19 base maps have the fans setup correctly, the old 1.03 maps did not.
