Default AEM Series 2 owners, what 'bugs' are you experiencing?

I am about to finish off my turbo build and the AEM Series 2 is the last part to be purchased. I am waiting and holding off in hopes to get a less 'buggy' version.

What bugs are you all with this experiencing? Any tips for me before I bite the Bullet?

Thanks!

Incase anyone is curious (since I am a n00b here, but not a n00b in the FI world) what build I am doing here is the line up:

03' GPW AP1
6262 Turbo
Comp stg 5 clutch
divided twin gated manifold w/2 Turbosmart Procomp gates
3" Dp
2.75" IC piping, all fabricated by myself (this is what I do on the side)
Precision IC
AEM Fuel rail
Injector Dynamic 2200cc Injectors
Aeromotive Fuel pressure regulator
TiAL Q BOV
FullBlown twin pump setup
-10AN Fuel Feed & -6 Fuel return
AEM Series 2 EMS
e85 fuel

Not sure on what power level I will keep it on for street use.

I can do this myself on tuning. How does the tuner of choice affect which bugs I will see?
