Default Aem wideband not reading in aempro please help!

I would really appreciate anyone's help with this! I am getting an eTune done by Jeff Evans, but I can't get my AFR values to read in AEMPRO. I am using the AEM 1052U EMS, and I have a AEM X series gauge where I wired the white wire to the C16 which I cut going directly to the ems. The wideband gauge itself is working fine and operating perfectly, the only issue is in the AEMPRO software it won't read the AFR value at all, it just stays at a stuck number (16.7). I changed the AFR values to gasoline in the AEMPRO, I also changed it to recognize it as a external vs internal wideband since the 1052u has a built in. I am unable to do any logging or even complete the eTune without being able to log the AFR values. I've searched every forum possible to find an answer but can't figure it out. Anyone ever have this issue?

Thanks, he was able to square me away though. I didn't ground the brown wire since I have the X SERIES Wideband. I'm all tuned and good to go, I'll keep that in mind for next time though.
