Default anyone run large injectors with EMU

Hi I recently put some large injectors (787cc) on my ap1 s2000. I plan installing a turbo kit in 2 weeks, so I wanted to install them now and fine tune for n/a application before going for boost.

Im running EMU for 2 years now, I know there is tons of betting management system but at the time I had this with a PNP harness for less than 200$.
So im used to it, i have a wideband hooked up, I set the analog output to clamp at 3.90 volts when i reach 1.70volts so i can be in open loop.

This said my car was running perfect with stock injectors, I scale the new injectors to make it run smooth and perfect at idle, low throttle is perfect , mid is perfect , my only issue is when i shift fast in WOT

When i'm at WOT, and i shift in very fast in high rev 8000rpm + the air fuel is good, but once i put it in another gear the air fuel goes to 10 and then car hesisate and nothing happen. I let the throttle off, and then i floor it again and its fine...

otherwize everything is fine. The only thing i played with is Fuel, timing, Auxiliary output ( vtec 5500rpm ) , Analog output ( open loop ), a/f target.

Is it because the injectors are too big for the emanage to give a fast response while shifting on N/a application?

PS: I'm very sorry for my english it's not perfect, i'm a french canadian and I tryed my best to be clear. Thank you

I never experienced this symptom with running ID1000cc and EMU, it ran like stock, so you may need to play with the settings more, try re scaling or adjusting lag time etc, or it may just be poor compatibility with your choice of injectors themselves. It does sound like the injectors are over running though so your flooding the cylinders momentarily. But in my experience the EMU can handle your cc level no problem.

my injectors are PTE 17113742 787cc. I wasnt sure about lag time, i made a lot of search couldnt find an answer. I use a resistor box since they are 2ohms low impedance.

If you have any info on my injectors lag time let me know

Sorry I don't. But I have a hunch the resistor box may be contributing to the symptom. The EMU is a bit convoluted in how you tune with it to the unfamiliar, but it does work well if you set it up properly. To help I would alleviate some added variables and move to a known good working injector combo with this and invest in the ID1000. No resistor box, just pnp with extension clips, or solder them in to factory injector clips.

thanks for the reply. I figured out, my injector lag time wasnt correct.

There is not much support on greddy side, after messaging them without any answer I figured out myself
