You can try Facebook. Communication has been hit or miss with him in my experience. Evans does remote tuning, and he was able to fix up my tune nicely for my car. More expensive, but Evans has the best communication I have personally experienced. He even worked extra hours late at night to make sure it got done before my track day I had coming up.

I got a reply from him within a day or so from emailing him.
