I went to a friends car repairshop and tried out his expensive scanner but unfortunately it didnt support the s2000. Ferraris were in the list but not the honda s2000. :/

My problem:

Last year I had my car tuned with Kpro/Kmanager.
When the engine is in working temperature, and the air/weather is warm, then the check engine light often comes on during idle in a stoplight for example. Does not happen during cold days or cold engine conditions, doesn't happen during normal driving either. Could it be lean idle? Was fine on the dyno at least. I do not have a buildt in wideband but can borrow one for my friend when i pull the car out of the winterstorage again this spring.

I am going for a dyno retune this year with minor changes to the turbomanifold and would like to adress all small unclearities. Would also like to improve mechanics around the Vtec and be able to use the electronic boost control, which a creeping manifold prevented me from last year.

Forgot to mention, I am running E85 and no cat.

 

I would expect any standard OBDII scanner to be able to pull basic codes. Maybe you should drop by an AutoZone to have them pull the code for free.
