Default Data logging with Torque app

Hello all,

I have an OBDII blue tooth reader and full Torque app for Android. I bought it as a code reader, but it can do so much more so I'm interested in setting up data logging to monitor general engine health on my AP1 with 200k. Can someone point me to some good reading material so I can start to make sense of all the sensor info? Any good threads on here I should read? Any specific plots I should be concerned with?

Doesn't seem to give me calculated A/F ratio, but I might be able to add it. I can easily log the following (among others) and export to csv:

RPM
Timing
IAT
MAP
TPS
O2 #1
O2 #2
Fuel trim
Fuel flow
Engine load
Vacuum
CO2

Much appreciated
