DocTronics Plug & Play Honda S2000 ECU for 2000-05 Models
What you suggest can be done with the doctronic. You can see it on the picture above.
You can activate knock sensor, and MIL flash on knock, and let the "full knock control" off.
To be honest, I am in the same situation with my own tune, made by another tuner (not doctronic). All my knock features are off.
My question is: as I am supercharged, do I have to make some adjustments in the knock tables ? I mean, we can assume that my engine makes more "noise" than NA stock one, so maybe my knock tables have to be modified... but how to do that ??

I personnaly don't know what the purge system and the ELD are.
What is know is that my wideband signal is wired to the ELD input, as recommended by Doctronic. There is a parameter in the setup options, to "Use ELD input as wideband O2".

Purge system, purges the fuel vapors from the charcoal canister to inside the intake manifold.
If it is constantly off the charcoal canister will eventually be saturated with fuel and you will have fuel smell and problems when filling the tank.
Might take a very long time for it to happen though but I see no reason to not use it unless racecar

So Purge System should be always on.
What about ELD? I have no idea what it is and I still have the OEM lambda sensors in use. So should I enable ELD or not?
Also I just enabled the knock sensor + flash MIL on knock. But I left the "Full knock control" disabled.
Additionally: Anyone got the immobilizer to work?

Electrical Load Detector measures the current flowing through the main fusebox and I think the ecu uses this signal to regulate the voltage output from the alternator.
From the service manual.
From the service manual.
The alternator signals the ECM during charging.
The ECM then controls the voltage generated at the alternator according to the electrical load determined by the ELD
(Electrical Load Detector) and driving mode. This reduces engine load to improve fuel economy
