Hello all, my car has a misfire issue, code reader gave me misfiring cyl 1, 3 and random misfire

the cylinder compression test gave me this result:
C1: 100
2: 125
3: 175
4: 170
motor has 200k miles
Is this the time to say farewell to it?
any suggestions help
