Default FlashPro HELP PLEASE

I've been running "stock tuned" on my car for a while.. just put on a test pipe and tried to do the TODA calibration and now when i go to upload the tune to my flashpro I get an error saying "this flashpro can only be used with 2006-2009 Americas Vehicles" WTF!!!

also it wont let me unlock it from the vehicle ...get another error saying "the ecu vin has not been recorded"... ALSO on the bottom left there is no check mark next to ECU..just a red X

Have you rebooted your computer with the flashpro disconnected from the computer and car?

Make sure to disconnect the flashpro from the car too, so it will be fully reset. If all else fails, you should reset the ECU by pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery.

The only way i can get it to work is if I load the tune thru my laptop. Ill have to reset my ecu then and start fresh im sure that will fix it

I rarely ever try to flash a new calibration without using my laptop. I've had way too many close calls, where the flash would be corrupted, and I couldn't start the car. I would have to flash it again and again back and forth between calibration A and B before the car would finally start. Basically, just use your laptop ...
