Flashpro + supercharger tunes
You made a good choice in the flashpro because if you decide to change boost at any point, you can get it retuned. A canned tune is just a starting point and you make adjustments off of that. So don't go off canned tunes thinking that you are safe. Plus canned tunes will react differently to other cars with altitude and all other conditions.
When I had my evo and had it tune at WORKS, they basically loaded their canned tune and made adjustments on the dyno.
So you might actually get more HP with a good tuner.

flashpro+custom tune > canned email tune from any vendor.
you have the building block, now build on it.
salesman are a waste. i stopped asking salesmen for help long ago. now i just read a shitton and ask on her when i am not sure.
bleh to COBB, HONDATA>COBB.
i would run flashpro if i was 06+ car.

I am not sure I understand what this thread is all about ????
At this point in time, there is no other EMS or tuning solution easier to implement on an -06+ car than the Flashpro.
I bought the thing, put in some ID725 injectors, called Mase and he sent me a base tune. The next day I met up with him at a dyno and made over 380 horses ...
My cruise control works, obd2 is there ... I can dattalog. I can have a valet tune for when I have to leave the car somewhere ...

Just like any other engine managment, it comes with a basemap, which is a starting point to tune from. Not every car or engine setup is identical, expecting a basemap or reflash to work perfectly out of the box on a forceinducted vehicle is a bit silly. It will be close sure, but fine tuning to suit your specific setup is always optimal.
I counted 7 Hondata tuners in the NY area so I don't really think getting it tuned will be much of an issue.
FalshPro works, it's cheap, and with minor tuning your car will run better then it ever did stock.

You sound like someone that still gets their clothes washed, dried, and folded by their mother.
Things could be worse in life... go get tuned and be done with it. You're 2/3rds of the way there just having the Hondata in your possession.

Mase is not only a great tuner but a very personable guy. He stayed 30 minutes after the dyno shop closed making adjustments to my start maps to make sure the car started perfect, even though I thought it was fine from the get go

stito, the maps included with flashpro are all dyno tuned for the application noted in the calibration's notes. Hondata's s/c tune included is from an actual dyno tune for the SOS stage 2 system w/ RC650 injectors (the 340-360HP dyno posted on SOS's site). So far you have made a good decision buying the flashpro.
All you need is the SOS tuner kit ($4,495) plus injectors ( I would go with the ID1000 instead of the RC650 that SOS provides with the stage 2 kit). I would also drop $65 and upgrade to the 1200 blower. if you go with the RC650 injectors you can drop in the flashpro s/c tune and you are ready to go. i would then street tune the a/f and hit the dyno for fine tuning. If you buy the kit new from SOS, for ~$5,000 they should be willing confirm the details of the flashpro tune that comes with the flashpro manager software. SOS may be willing to give you the tune for the pulley of your choice and the ID1000 or RC650 injectors if you buy the tuner kit....
if u can't get a tune for the ID1000's, i would start with the ID1000 flashpro tune and copy the fuel and timing values s/c values into the ID1000 tune and you will be set for a dyno tune. another option is just to get another s2ki member to send you a copy of their SOS ID1000 tune running the same pulley / boost.
