Question Flashpro Tune Question: Lean spike after going from Vtec to partial throttle accel

I'm having an issue where if I push the car into vtec, engaging the high cam fuel tables, then reducing throttle position back to low cam fuel tables, I will get a quick lean spike, before correcting itself.

If I vtec, and then let off the throttle entirely, then get back on the gas, I have no issues.

Fueling seems to be under control, as this was my first guess. L.trim is about 1-2% and S.trim is averaging under +/- 3%.

I can't attach my logs / tune on this forum, so I'm linking the thread on the Hondata forum, and the files can be viewed there.
The best indication of this problem occurs at about 1:40-1:52 in the datalog.
