Is this what your butt dyno is telling you or do you actually have a real dyno showing us you are losing power?
Most people will assume they are losing power after the reflash due to the much smoother powerband. The Vtec kick will be less apparent because the engagement rpm window is lowered.

If it's tuned right, the VTEC "kick" should disappear completely.

According to the Hondata website dyno, you really shouldn't gain much peak power. There will be more area under the curve though. Do you have comparison graphs?

It sounds like you're just disappointed in the numeric value of your peak dyno number. Unless you did a dyno right before the reflash, then again right after on the same dyno, the numbers are meaningless.
