Help........ hondata reflash TODA

Default Help........ hondata reflash TODA

Ok so i got the hondata reflash TODA and im making less power then i was with the stock .... i need some help/advice plz THANKS

Is this what your butt dyno is telling you or do you actually have a real dyno showing us you are losing power?

Most people will assume they are losing power after the reflash due to the much smoother powerband. The Vtec kick will be less apparent because the engagement rpm window is lowered.

If it's tuned right, the VTEC "kick" should disappear completely.

The dyno chart clocked 205 to the wheels and i feel no extra power at all and i have clutch and flywheel.. and still fill nothing

yeah my vtec kicks in at 42k now but i feel no extra power at all

According to the Hondata website dyno, you really shouldn't gain much peak power. There will be more area under the curve though. Do you have comparison graphs?

well i was suppous to be a lil faster then 205hp to the wheels

It sounds like you're just disappointed in the numeric value of your peak dyno number. Unless you did a dyno right before the reflash, then again right after on the same dyno, the numbers are meaningless.

BTW, 205 rwhp ain't bad for a DynoJet or Mustang dyno.

but that not what is indicating in the chart on hondata site ... it should be a lil faster then that plus i have flywheel n clutch so and the headers... and hondata gasget
