My car is idling above 1750 rpm's at all times even if the car is warmed up and I am cruising on the offramp in neutral Is this a tuning issue or a problem with the car?

it's a tuning issue.... i highly suggest you find someone who knows what they are doing

 

Mine does the same thing, except when I come to a stop the Rpm's come down to normal range.

 

It's hard for larger injectors to idle stock. I'm guessing you guys are using R/C's. Injector Dyanmics seem to behave better.

Also could be a sticky or dirty IACV, map sensor, vacuum leak.

There is an idle control correction option in KManager. Maybe mess with that?

 

Most likely a tuning issue.
