J's Racing ecu / immobilizer problem
Ok guys i picked up this used j's ecu ap2 ecu ( japanese ecu) that was in my friend local ap2, car got into an accident and was written off, my friend bought the car with the js ecu and didnt even know it was in there until later.
I tried it and obviously car didnt start since japanese car/evu doesnt have immobilizer
So I did the immobilizer bypass ( ground the green and yellow wire that goes into pin a15 to the body, like my friend allmotorslut did with his js ecu)
The car still didnt start, sound like no fuel going in.
I put the stock ecu back in (still with the immobilizer bypassed ) and the car start and run no problem...
We plug an obd2 reader while the js ecu is plug in and it reads it with no code.
What you guys think, i doubt getting the key programmed by honda will fix it since the bypass should fix the issue...
Allmotorslut tried to get the ecu/key program at honda and it didnt work, he got he's car to start after doing the bypass trick...

I will try to contact a friend of mine that had the same issue with his J's ECU and sorted it out a few months ago ( European Spec car ) and let u know
**Update** : I spoke with him and he told me that the pin for the fuel pump and bypassing the immobilizer were the only things his done.
