My Kpro3 Kmanager crashes out when I attempt to download the calibration from the ecu to the laptop. I have tried it on more than one laptop and it still has the same effect... is this a glitch with kmanager or should I investigate further?

Hondata claims that they are planning a new Kmanager release sometime this or next month hopefully
