Default Kpro Question: Map change on the fly

I tried some search, but no luck so far so I thought I make a post. Apologies in advance if someone already posted this question.

Can Kpro change maps on the fly? i.e. If I go the route of Water/Meth, and if the water/meth system fails for whatever reason, and it has all the proper fail safes, is there a way for the system to notify Kpro, and have Kpro be switch to a none water/meth tuned map?

I'm also running an exhaust cutout, and was wonder if I could switch map on the fly between a open and closed cutout tune.

Thanks!

The K-Pro does not have the capibility to switch from primary to secondary tables. However, the nitrous control output can be setup based on several paramaters. So for example when your on water meth the nitrous control is able to modify fueling and ignition timing only when water/meth is being injected. Settings can be based on engine speed, engine load, throttle angle, vehicle speed and knock count all having to fall within a window you specify. It works very well. I would actually recommend using the K-Pro to control the water/meth injection by itself via the nitrous control. Just download the software form Hondata and play with it to get an idea of what it can do.

Even though I didn't get as many responses as I had hoped, but this was a great answer.

Yeah, that is the way to do it. You can also use different sensors and relays in order to control the arming input through the ecu

I think I will go this route. Does anyone have any recommendation in terms of the brand the water/meth system that would work best with Kpro?? I've been doing a lot of reading, but without real world experience, I really can't tell which system will work best.
