Default low numbers with FlashPro tunned Kraftwerks

MY 06 was tunned yesterday. It has the high boost-10 psi Kraftwerks sc, IDs 1000 and FlasPro. Other than the Fujitsobo exhaust, its stock. The tunner/installer says its working fine but the numbers are lousy. It made 337hp and 214 torque... He blames the 92 degree outside temperature.. What do you guys think ? Any help greatly appreciated.

Are the numbers corrected? I wouldn't blame the temps if they are.

More importantly, what did you baseline? If this dyno reads low, this could be perfectly normal.

The guy in charge did 3 other Kraftwerks and all made very consistent numbers, like 370s hp, on the same dyno. The only difference was that mine got tuned in a hot and humid room.

stock CAT ? Maybe a TP or HFC would help, I think that hurts any FI. Get it retuned on a cool day to be sure.

It looks like he tuned it way too rich. Do you have a flashpro datalog from the dyno pulls? If so, I'd check the AF value and knock counts.

You need a long tube header & a cold air intake to bring out those gains. Did he tune the low cam first for max power, then high cam 2nd to get maximum mid-range potential (by setting a proper Vtec point)?

What is the i.d. on the exhaust? If it's less then 2.75, there's another issue.

Thanks everybody . The car is stock, other than a Fujitsobo exhaust, I think its dual 60 mm. Several folks here are putting 370s hp and 240 torque on stock Ap2 s while others making 380s and 250s with some bolt ons. Mine is missing about 40 lb/ft of torque, so I suspect that something is wrong... I will try to get those details. I dont know to much about tuning but the exhaust smell rich ...

Definitely need a test pipe or high flow cat. Your catalytic is one of, if not the most restrictive part on your car that's holding back potential power. I'm currently running with just a Berk Test Pipe and Greddy SE dual with Toda-tune on FlashPro and it's a WORLD of a difference.
