As one example...not in MY case.

Mine is missing about 40 lb/ft of torque, so I suspect that something is wrong... I will try to get those details. I dont know to much about tuning but the exhaust smell rich ...
60mm mid pipe to dual 50mm split to exit (currently on my car)

Agree...good advice!

Thx a lot. Today I pulled the error code and it was P2A00 something related to aaAF sensor range performance
That is a code for the primary O2 sensor you will need to replace it. There is a TSB out for this it affects all 06 models. I had to do mine recently so this is how I know. I highly recommend buying the sensor from honda as it is completely different from the one you will be taking out so there is clearly something different with the sensors. They are not cheap thats for sure 191.24 from Majestic Honda part number 36531-PZX-013.
I had the same problem and this solved it.

Superchargers tend to produce noise and vibrations that trick the flashpro into thinking its knock making them pull timing.
Definitely check on this suggestion...I had to deal with this as well. (thin wall exhausts may cause this too)

Thanks Brian, I was thinking of you when I mentioned ''others with bolt ons are making 250s torques"...I will retune the car soon, my tuner said the same thing, the vibrations are apparently read as knoks so the timing is off. The check engine light is gone for a week so I wonder if I still need a new sensor? The car needs to pass yearly emissions with OBD and visual exam so I do not know if a test pipe is a good ideea.

I even got a new ACT clutch expecting gobbles of torque....

When I had the supplied reflash my VTEC was consistently at 4500rpm. I don't see why you shouldn't be at least 350whp or so (yes I know that dyno's vary). I've never had an OE header or cat with this kit so I cannot say about that. As for getting a high flow cat or test pipe, you could always just remove and re-install it for the inspection day etc. With the J's header, a 60mm TP and the Fuji exhaust I was making 370whp & 242 wtq on the reflash.

The 02 sensor...my CEL code came and went with the OE unit until I got the TSB replacement one...haven't seen it since.

As for flashpro...that was the best improvement that I've had of all of my HP mods. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...age&img=680758
