Default Poor Running car:( HELP!

I have a 2002 S2K with 160,000. I was on my way home one day and my car just started running rough. Little to no power. Engine check lite. Code for misfire in the number 3 cylinder. Replaced the coil, but still the same. Replaced the timing chain and tensioner. Changed oil, nothing out of the ordinary there. Checked the oil pan and cleaned it. There was no metal flake in it. Made sure all of the marks lined up before buttoning up the motor. Still running the same Any ideas? Bad ECU? Is there a way to adjust the timing?

Why do you think timing is wrong?
Possible causes what I have in mind:
-Spark plug faulty
-Low compression
-injector faulty

New plugs. Compression is good. I will be checking the metering valve next. Having to wait on tool to arrive tomorrow to fully check it out.

Try cleaning or changing the injectors

Just because the plugs are new doesn't mean you shouldnt check them. What plugs were used? Also when were they replaced? Could you have damaged the coil connector?

have you found problem ,,, I found fuel regulator bad, diaphragm had pin hole and was sucking fuel through vacum hose straight to intake. Causing misfire codes, running rich effecting o2 sensors, rough idle up to dying.

Have you checked the coil packs to ensure that they're dry and free of oil? If you haven't changed your valve cover spark plug tube seals before then there's a high chance that oil is flooding the tubes drowning your coils preventing them from firing correctly.
Have you checked the connection to your MAP sensor?
