Problem with my tune, misfire on low trottle

Can someone help me have a look at my tune?
The car misfires on low trottle and are running rich under WOT.
The car ran great when we tuned the car but one day after the car fuel adjust bad when cruising and running rich (AFT 10.2-10.5) WOT.
How is this possible?
Is this wrong?
