Default Some questions on street tuning

Hi,
I have an Euro MY06, with toda torquie kun, sport kat, Js 60RS Dual and Gruppe M airbox. I have my car mapped (by a tuner) with hondata.
I'd like to refine my map on the street using gernby software, to match as possible as I can, ideal AFR via MAP tuning. I read flashpro manual, I don't want tune ignition table; Now I have some question to start:

Street procedure:
1) Hondata suggest a tuning procedure for K-series engine with VTC and one to one cam calibration. When they describe part throttle fuel tuning (MAP) they suggest a street procedure 1° gear, then 2° gear and so on. I know that I can't fix each cam angle but may I use the same procedure to refine my tune?
2) At full throttle, which procedure should I use?
3) Gernby, which is your street procedure to fix your ideal AFR ratio? I suppose they are different at partial throttle and full throttle.
4) When I'm looking for VTEC point, which procedure should I follow? I should drive my car at full throttle, I suppose.

Lambda overlay:
1) If I read my lambda overlay setting ideal AFR (which is crucial to know if I should add/remove fuel), I see that they are input data (user can change them). Values that I read are ideal for a street s2000 with soft tuning (as mine)? Should I change them?

thanks

Honestly, if you don't already have a lot of experience with tuning, I suggest NOT trying to do it yourself. Doing it yourself would be a learning experience, but you would not succeed at improving your tune.

Gernby, I know that I couldn't improve my tune. I'd like to use some of your instrument to evaluate a map. I have time that a tuner can't have. At the end of a test I could return stock or to my tuner map.
