Default Stock IAT in EMS

Hey guys, I use the AEM Dashboard on my tablet pc as a gauge cluster until I buy more gauges. Most of the setup for this has been problem free and is actually kind of cool.

But I do have a quick question regarding the stock IAT input. It appears to be functioning correctly and the temp displays just how I want it. But I'm not sure what type of measurement this number is. Is it in Celcius? It was about 30-40 * F out yesterday and the start temp IAT was showing about 5-10 and warmed up to 45 in stop and go traffic.

I just need to know how to interpret the number that the EMS is giving me or else the data is not worth displaying.

Also does anyone know how to get the gear indicator to work? what do i put in AEMPro under manual trans?

Thanks!!!!!!!!

Seems to be reading in Celsius. I'm sure there's a way to change it some how.

thats whats stumping me. It seems like everything on my laptop is in metric measurements. Load is in kpa as well. I went under units and everything is already set to standard measurements

my tuner tuned this on a different laptop so i dont know how that works out.

the stock IAT calibration from AEM is wrong. it reads maybe 15 degreesC lower than it should. you dont need to change anything since the IAT calibration in the normal use range is linear.

the AEM manual has all this info.
