Default Throttle Injection Correction/VTEC Fuel Add

Alright, I'm trying to figure out how I can correct this issue I am having, hopefully some AEM EMS pros can chime in on this.

The problem I am having right now is that the fuel map is mapped correctly for WOT @ specific loads. But, there are times when WOT and 40~60% part throttle is equivalent in load(which means they will use the same fuel map cell). However, it is running significantly richer compared to WOT @ same RPM&Load. I am guessing this is due to VTEC not engaged at part throttle <60% (this is where my VTEC engagement is set) or could it be somethinh else?. Now I'm thinking I have to use a VTEC fuel add while tuning the fuel cells for non-VTEC or create a throttle injection correction fuel trim table. VTEC fuel add worries me because there is no table and you can only specify a % across the whole RPM band. Is this going to scale properly all the way to redline based on the fuel map?

I am leaning towards the Fuel injection correction table but I'm wondering if this is the right direction.

Have anybody else ran into this problem?
