Default Timing map

I have an 02 ap1 I bought last year. Future goals are for Turbo. I bought AEM infinity and 1300cc injectors. Car has cat bypass. I tuned it and it runs fantastic. Just wondering if I left anything on the table when it comes to timing. First Honda.Anyone willing to share some timing maps for the naturally aspirated part of my tune?

No one knows what their timing map looks like or just no one willing to share? How much timing can you use in the midrange?

Hey,

Its readily available for you to view. You can do the following:

Download Hondata FlashPro, Hondata Kpro, Haltech, AEM Infinity, LINK, Etc tuning softwares. Install on your PC and pull up base maps. Tuned maps. Boosted maps. All will have appropriate and “base suggested” ignition tables for low and high cams (except for Infinity, it won’t have hi-ign map).

Honestly I wouldn’t rely on someone just giving you their map, just go on Hondata website and download their tuning software. Go of off reputable tuning solution tables.

I would just bump the timing up in small increments until you get knock then dial it back a couple degrees. You can use the free Virtual Dyno software and upload a datalog to get a pretty accurate estimate of the power its making.

... smh.

Edit: Actually, I'll comment, I'll respond. You've gotten answers from ECaz34 and myself, both of the recommendations were sound. You can get a solid starting point from Hondata, a genuine OEM map they improved on. You start there and then follow ECaz34's recommendation. Unsure what else you expected. Each engine will require different amount of timing. These base maps will give you the ballpark and then you creep up on the timing by watching K.Count.

Yeah, the tuning experience says "If you want to get the most of your car, you have to tune your car." (Or pay to have it tuned by someone who can)
