It was on an S, and he only tuned at WOT and set the vtec at 5700. We basically have the same mods.

Okay, then you'll just need to verify that the throttle settings and VTEC settings are where you want, then zero out all the fuel corrections. You can't assume that his fuel adjustments are safe for your car, even if your mods were exactly the same. If you don't tune it for your car specifically, you will likely run too lean in places, and could cause engine damage.
