Check the mods in my sig.....pretty much the same. Honestly....not sure how much power is picked up. It feels like there is more in the low to mid-high rpms. I do know the response and driveability are much better than before.

My intake also sounded like crap before being tuned. Not the most important reason to do a tune, just an observation.

I think the tune was worthwhile...The midrange gains and driveability are what make it worthwhile. Smooth and brisk acceleration, smooth transition into vtec....and then the big dog eats.
