It's really cute when "import" shops claim to be able to tune other cars, when all they really know is how to tune one car (so common).
You know whats even cuter? "Tuners" that have even touched a product, yet comment about it. So we know you are guilty of that. http://www.9thgencivic.com/forum/ecu...tml#post214310 No reply. So we know now that you ASSume. You ready to give up the attacks on this guys thread? Sounds like you should just put your foot in your mouth.

Stick to posting "info" on injectors with idle clips lol You know, thats whats important about injectors.

I know I should just let this die, while you guys lick your wounds, but I believe it's important for me to defend my tuning method. I absolutely do NOT use any of the tuning features in FlashPro Manager. In fact, the only thing I use FlashPro Manager for is extracting the datalogs and creating new calibrations, since Hondata hasn't shared their file formats. I don't even use the AF Corr value, since every OEM O2 sensor has a unique amount of error that covers a very broad margin. An important part of my tuning process includes determining the true AFR correction factor for each car, which greatly reduces the number of iterations needed to do a tune.

I've written my own software to analyze the datalogs, and generate entirely new table data for fuel and ignition timing. Most of my S2000 tunes result with VTEC engaging at 3600 RPMs, but all of them have customized VTEC window settings for partial load to ensure seamless VTEC engagement at any load level.

It's true that I currently only offer eTuning for NA S2000's, but that's NOT because I don't have experience on other cars. It's because I really don't want to become a "Tuner" by profession. I plan on getting rich off of my engineering ventures and software development.

Most of you probably already know that I've spent years developing a new exhaust design strategy, and have applied for a patent on it, but I have also developed a software framework for car tuning that will eventually work with other car platforms. My software includes a web-based UI for handling the workflow of an eTune, which will allow eTuners (other than myself) to focus the bulk of their effort on the part that they are truly good at, and spend virtually NO TIME on the stuff all humans are bad at. The service would NOT be geared toward end users, but would be entirely marketed toward other eTuners.

It is a public forum, you owe me everything Well, when you go around, pm'ing people like a mad man after I retune one of your tunes, I would say it was the other way around. It is becoming a common thing now. Retuning your lack of tunes and they making more power.

You said you knew ktuner was this or that on a public forum, it will stay on public forum. I am waiting. I know you have nothing. I just like how you call this guy out, yet you do not know anything. I am sorry to ask for so much. I know it is hard to answer those hard questions like "have you ever tuned on this system".

Вы просто грустный маленький человек

Maybe you can let this guy have a review? Customer liked what he did to the car, let it be.

It's clear that both of you are experts in your own right, but instead of putting your egos aside and attempting to learn something from the other person, you're at each other's throats. In front of your computers. Over the internet.

I read this thread with great interest because it was helping me choose an eTuner. Now I'm just disappointed.

I've cleaned up the garbage out of respect for the OP & Gernby. I have nothing against Gernby as I've had several discussions with him in the past on various topics -- seems like an overall good guy.

Don't take it at face value and take it as entertainment. It's the internet... I have a couple trolls that follow me from forum to forum just to illicit a response, sometimes I do just out of plain boredom. It's not hard to smash furiously at my keyboard.
