06 Turbo Questions

Place a bung right before the throttle body and place the IAT there.
Regarding the MAP sensor, I had no probs with the stock on up until 10 psig. I later on got an SOS, which is a drop in.
With a turbo you probably want to use a more accurate MAP than the stock in case you set-up boost cut and what not.
I got 400 whp out of the stock pump with a Kene Bell boost a pump.
