1/4 mile time?
It's not the thrust washer that sees the extra wear, it's the front main bearing that suffers from a really tight belt. A thrust washer would wear excessively from a stiff clutch though.

be careful wanting a lot of power from the centrifugal sc kits, wearing of the thrust washer is more likely/frequent. A proper/well-do turbo kit is as reliable as an supercharger kit. Don't cheap out on any aspect of the kit/build and it will hold up
Doesn't matter what car you have, if your going to make a lot of power it will be the same with all makes...
