Default 100% Duty on ID1000

Have the following setup:

ID1000
Returnless AP2
Dw300 fuel pump
SOS Spercharger Novi 1200
Upgraded heat exchanger
Stock exhaust with decat
4bar mapsensor
NGK BKR8EIX
Competition Clutch Stage 3

Im hitting 100% duty on E85 at 7600rpm.
Max psi is 9 at about 8 000rpm

I think that this is wierd? Or is it normal?

I have a smaller pully home and now im thinking about installing this and go for 13psi on gas.

Please help me!

// Erik

That's weird. Maybe your fuel pump isn't hardwire to your battery with a relay.

My ID1000s hit 100% duty at around 7000 RPM and 15 psi on E85 as another data point.

Run a bigger fuel pump (hardwire it) and bump the pressure.

Returnless AP2

There's your problem. Do you have a gauge on your fuel rail?

Good catch... I never pay attention to the returnless part.

Well, you'll certainly have more headroom on regular gas, but ultimately you'll want to do a conversion to a return style fuel system. If you're set on the ID100s then you'd need to bump up your fuel pressure but you can't do that effectively on the stock returnless.
