Hey Bob,
Good show. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I am amazed that you never went with the AEM EMS.

if you're not using the aem ems, i'm guessing yuo're not to modded besides the SC, which is hte way i want my set up to be. but what are you using to tune it? VAFC?
btw, keep this thread going with updates, simply amazing

Ask him how his car is now
After a zillion miles, who cares. It seems to have held up pretty good.

That's superb and has inspired me to get a GB together for the Comptech in the UK

Oil changes every 7500, initially with M1, then LE 8130, now back to M1 just for fun.
Is anyone else going this long between changes?

To answer your question .......................... No. I change mine every 3000 miles but then, I'm supercharged and my driving falls under the "severe" maintenance schedule.

A more vague answer ............................ An oil analysis of 7500 miles dino oil showed that it still had plenty of life left. Synthetic should be good for even longer. 7500 miles is the typical oil change interval for anyone with a car that falls under the "normal" schedule, however, I'm not sure that a lot of people drive like that.

Yea you're right. I was just surprised being supercharged himself he was waiting that long between changes.

I'm turbo and I've stuck to a strict 3K mile change.
